Delivery
In most occasions, we will despatch out products in the same day if we receive your order by 4:00 pm., subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. Order received after 4:00 p.m. will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
If it is not specially required, orders are sent in plain package.
The standard delivery service we use is UK 'Royal Mail' 1st class service, and 'Parcel Force' for international express. Instead of charging a flat delivery rate, we have a well programmed delivery charge calculation system 'Shipping Estimator', the delivery charge is based on the gross weight of the product (products + package). In the shopping cart page, you can click on the 'estimate shipping' to find out the delivery charge for your order.

Returns
FREE Return whithin 28 days
We are doing whatever we can for our customers' satisfaction. Within 28 days of your purchase, if there is anything you are not happy with our products, we will either replace them or give you a full refund providing the returned items are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all lables intact.
Please note that the delivery charge is non-refundable.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
Gift Certificates are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift packaging box or delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return - however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish retain any gift packaging box received with the original order.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In order to help us to improve our service, please enclose a letter including the following information:
1. contact details
2. order number
3. reason for return
4. return for a replacement or full refund
5. return address
Please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to be returned to us.
UK customers: Send your return via the Royal Mail, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your replacement or refund .
International customers: Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.
